We understand that finding a new home is one of the most important aspects of any relocation. Our rental search service is designed to make the whole process as hassle and as stress free as possible. We always try to fit in at least 8 quality property viewings per rental search and these properties will be based on your specific needs and requirements. 

Before we begin a rental search we highly recommend an orientation tour of potential locations as it’s a great way for your employee and their family to view different locations and sample housing within their budget so they can get an idea of where they would prefer to live and how far their budget achieves within desired locations.  If they have children we can include a couple of visits to suitable schools too.

If your employee requires somewhere to stay in the short term in the UK,  we can help source suitable serviced accommodation located in the area which best works for your employee. These properties are typically serviced and include free wifi and are cleaned regularly just like a hotel. Whilst a hotel may seem like the easier option, serviced apartments offer a number of huge advantages that make them the most comfortable and cost-effective option. Unlike hotel rooms that are often cramped, serviced apartments have plenty of space to move in. Apartments can range from a studio to a 4 bedroom apartment for those with a larger family. We also have pet friendly short-term serviced accommodation.

Most parents biggest concern is finding the right school for their children. Following an initial discussion suitable nursery/school options would be identified which can be in the state or private sector.  Citrus will liaise with local education authorities as well as the preferred schools to check availability of places and support employees with a school search. We will also provide advice and statistics on the performance of the most schools as well as the relevant prospectus with details of how to gain entrance and the relevant admission procedures. We can arrange visits to schools and can accompany your employee to provide support at those visits.
